SAGINAW, MI — Saginaw City Hall officials are informing residents of a water monitoring mishap while assuring consumers the municipal water delivery system continues to deliver a healthy-to-drink product.
Residents were mailed a notice that detailed a monitoring violation in April that was discovered by city staff after the flub, City Hall officials said.
